Box Smoker with Door

A roomy smoker, made from high-grade steel. The side door provides ease of access and perfect control of the smoking process. The smoker is particularly suited to eel and can accommodated up to 20 trout. The fish can be placed, lying on a tray or hanging from the additional hooks, during smoking. The ‘Box Smoker’ also has a fitting for the thermometer. Dimensions ca.: 86 x 46 x 28cm. Equipment features: 2 drip trays, 1 cinder box, 6 S-hooks, 5 fish baskets and 4 cross bars, for vertical smoking.
