Large box Smoker

A brilliant box smoker that allows you to smoke your goods horizontally or vertically. The comfort of having a door on this model enables easier loading and better control of the smoking process. It can cope with the high temperatures due to it being made out of stable and long life zinced steel plates. In this oven you can smoke up to 20 fish simultaneously. It can be heated by an electric heating element (054720) or conventionally. The package contains: 5 horizontal fish trays,, 6 fish hooks for vertical smoking, 1 cinderbox and 2 drip trays.
