Smoker

A brilliant smoker in our range that allows you to smoke your goods horizontally or vertically. The comfort of having a side door on this model enables easier loading and better control of the smoking process. It can cope with the high temperatures due to it being made out of sturdy and long life galvanised steel plates. In this oven you can smoke up to 18 fish simultaneously for example eels or trout. The package contains: 3 horizontal fish trays, 6 S-hooks and 4 box hooks for vertical smoking and 1 mesh tray. Size: ca. 77.0cm high and 33.0cm diameter.
